How to Achieve widely supported and sustainable Decisions

Decision-making is about trust, communication and transparency. That is why the way decisions are made in an organization significantly determines its culture. Wherever people work together collectively and dynamically, they have to rely on collaborative decision-making processes. To ensure that everyone affected has the possibility to be heard and their objections to be integrated. Depending on the topic and focus, either the joint intelligence in the team can be put to use or individuals are being strengthened in their roles. In this way, decisions can be made that are supported by everyone and are therefore far more sustainable. Moreover, they promote focus, planning reliability, communication and further learning in the team. The methods to achieve this are demanding, but can be learnt in this course. The are useful for all those who want to take better decisions together.
