Project management - leadership and team
Are you still working in a group or are you part of a team? Projects are social systems. Understanding and shaping this system is crucial for the project’s success. Role clarification is a key success factor for project teams. In successful teams all participants have a high level of social competence in terms of communication, giving feedback, shaping (virtual and intercultural) cooperation, motivation or conflict management. The model of positive leadership for projects offers a tool for developing a given team into a high performance team.

Methods that are used
- The seminar conveys the contents by means of short presentations on the background and practical examples

- The seminar is conducted in classroom training, which allows an interactive exchange between the participants
Qualification IPMA Certification
The internationally recognised certifications in project management according to the IPMA® guidelines demonstrate mastery of the three areas of competence practices, context and people. Attending the two seminars "Methodology and Instruments" and "Leadership and Team" provides an ideal basis for successful certification according to the current IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB4). The textbook "Handbook Projectmanagement - agile, classical and hybrid", used in the training, covers all topics relevant for IPMA certification. The selection and combination of the topics in the seminar is based on the requirements of IPMA®.
