How to lead effective meetings – virtually or face-to-face

Only what can be conceived on the level of relationships can be realized on a factual level.

Meetings in their various forms have always been an important part of human collaboration. Gathering in teams or groups we coordinate, we organize, we develop common perspectives and co-create innovative ideas. Often though, difficulties and dissonances arise. When this happens, it is important to act mindfully and professionally to resolve differences of opinion and address conflicts without making people feel discredited or violating their boundaries. Your meetings will be successful if you can make optimal use of your process and social skills and at the same time take into account the specific characteristics of online meetings.

Methods that are used

You will work on a personal case study during the training and also get the opportunity to reflect on it in small groups and in plenary sessions. The case study work is supplemented with teaching input and discussions.
