Through digitalisation and interconnection our world is becoming ever faster. Tasks are becoming more complex and the time intervals for implementing changes are at the same time getting shorter. The agile management approach helps to position oneself more successfully in a VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) and to shape change. Agile leadership creates the right framework for self-organisation and strengthens the team's self-management. Agile teams learn from each other and receive fast feedback from customers and users. This leads to a continuous learning process and is a key success factor for agile teams.
