André always likes to be on the move, whether professionally with clients or privately in nature while jogging, biking, or ski touring.

André brings his extensive experience from strategic and operational roles, especially in transformation and change in various industries, to continuing education and consulting. He is particularly interested in the perspectives and involvement of people in companies in order to achieve organizational goals.

At BWI, he is involved in training, consulting, and coaching on the topics of leadership, transformation, and change, and is also responsible for the collaborative (further) development of BWI offerings.
