Awareness of and tactics to deal with manipulation: strategies for a self-determined approach to manipulation in everyday life
Manipulation pervades our daily interactions with one another, whether in a job interview or during heated negotiations. Whether we do it consciously or not, we use certain strategies to persuade or influence the opinions of others. At the same time, we are often the target of manipulation ourselves, often without realizing it. This training teaches you how to uncover manipulative patterns and proven methods to deal with them confidently. By understanding the subtle mechanisms behind manipulation, you will not only gain insight but also the ability to make conscious decisions about how you influence or are allowing to be influenced. So that you can act confidently and authentically in all areas of life.
