Solid basis for successful project management

On the subject

Project management means achieving ambitious goals with interdisciplinary teams within limited time and costs. In order to be successful in project work, you need specific methodological competences in areas such as planning, organization, target formulation or controlling. In this seminar you will learn how to tackle a project task fundamentally, identify the critical success factors and risks and develop a reliable project plan with regard to the magic triangle covering scope, costs and time. This plan is, in turn, the basis for proactive controlling, which allows to identify deviations early on and to develop solution alternatives.

  • You know how to clarify the initial situation, agree on project assignments, formulate verifiable objectives, plan the procedures in a realistic manner and check the progress
  • You know the tasks and responsibilities between customers, project managers and project staff
  • You learn to reduce the complexity of the project by means of a project structure plan
  • You will learn how to increase the commitment in your project team
  • You recognize the nature of your projects and the critical success factors
