During the seminar the contents will be discussed by means of short presentations on the background as well as practical examples. The important topics will be deepened in individual reflections or small groups. In addition, you can also contribute personal experiences and challenges. You are expected to be willing to actively deal with the topic on both a factual and a personal level.
