Register

In this seminar you, as project manager of classic or hybrid projects, deepen your skills with a focus on leadership, delegation, cooperation and change management.

Our recommendation:

For further training after this seminar, we recommend you to visit „Self–Management“.

On the subject

In many organizations, managing projects or subprojects is not a formal, but an informal management task. There is often a discrepancy between responsibility and competence of project managers. Leadership must therefore be strengthened and it is important to optimize the cooperation in project teams, e.g. with the approach of "Radical Collaboration". Many projects cause complex changes in their environment. The project manager therefore needs in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of change processes.

Target audience

Persons from private and public organizations of all industries and sizes, who want to effectively shape their leadership roles as (partial) project managers. You have already attended the seminars „Project Management – Methodology Foundation" and „Project Management – Soft Skills Foundation" or an equivalent education.

Your benefit

  • You learn to optimally define and enforce your leadership role
  • You gain free space for your leadership responsibility by means of delegation
  • You realize how well your leadership affects the motivation of your employees
  • You know the success factors for the design of change processes

Benefits for your company

  • Your project managers actively take on the leadership roles
  • Change processes resulting from projects are designed holistically
  • Better handling of social risk factors

Contents

  • Optimal situational leadership of employees
  • Team development and role clarification
  • Effective cooperation and "Radical Collaboration"
  • Logic and psychology of change processes

Organization and methods

The seminar conveys the content by means of short presentations as well as practical examples. The important project processes are developed and deepened in small groups. You can also contribute your own project situations. Your willingness to actively engage with the topic both on a factual and personal level is expected.
