Leadership and soft skills in projects

Are you still working in a group or are you part of a team? Projects are social systems. Understanding and shaping this system is crucial for the project’s success. Role clarification is a key success factor for project teams. In successful teams all participants have a high level of social competence in terms of communication, giving feedback, shaping (virtual and intercultural) cooperation, motivation or conflict management. The positive leadership for projects model offers a tool to help develop a team into a high-performance team.

Qualification IPMA Certification

The internationally recognised certifications in project management according to the IPMA® guidelines demonstrate mastery of the three areas of competence practices, context and people. Attending the two seminars "Methodology and Instruments" and "Leadership and Team" provides an ideal basis for successful certification according to the current IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB4).
