Project management - methodology and tool

Project management means achieving ambitious goals in a limited time and with defined costs with interdisciplinary teams. All project participants (project managers, project staff, experts) must understand how projects are correctly initialized, planned, executed and successfully completed. In addition to classic and agile project management, hybrid concepts are being used increasingly. This training is suitable as a refresher for certification according to IPMA®.

  • Be prepared for certification to IPMA Levels D, C and B
