About the topic |
|||
| SE, Systems Engineering, stands for a method for use by any company and line of business that was developed at the BWI Center for Industrial Management at ETH Zurich many years ago and has since been tried and tested in numerous practical applications , in any size of company and line of business. Systems Engineering enables you to analyze and solve complex problems with technical, organizational, and social systems in the company in a systematic and structured way. | |||

You will learn to apply a methodology that not only aids problem-solving but also serves as an important means of communication, particularly in project management with an interdisciplinary team. You will also acquire experience and comparative knowledge as you become acquainted with the problems and problem-solving procedures at fellow seminar participants’ companies. | |||
Your company’s benefit |
|||

In the months following you will work out the stages «situation analysis» and «formulation of objectives» within your company framework as well as the first parts of the «synthesis of solutions» step of the Systems Engineering problem-solving process.
