	Who should attend the seminar?
	The seminar addresses to all persons who would like to gain more security in leading complex projects. You have already acquired experiences in project management and you have participated in the seminar «project management I – methodology and instruments» or equivalent. The seminar is suitable for people in all markets and branches and for private and non-profit organisations as well as for public administrations.

	During the three-day seminar you will extend your competence and knowledge in the organisation, leadership and proceedings of projects. You will make out what complexity means and you will be empowered how to deal more successfully with unexpected project situations.
